Latino Representation at the Paris Olympics 2024
The Summer Olympic Games Begin July 26 through August 11
The Paris Olympics 2024 are expecting around 10,500 athletes from all over the word. The opening ceremony takes place on July 26th with games taking place through August 11th. These are the first games in history to have an equal number of men and women along with four added sports which include breaking, sport climbing, skateboarding, and surfing.
Telemundo is making history with its biggest Spanish-language coverage of the Olympics with over 40 hosts, commentators, analysts, announcers and reporters presenting over 315 hours of live competitions and daily recaps. By offering Spanish-language content and streaming experience, the Paris Olympics will reach historical milestones in US media history by curating the experience for the Hispanic audience.
Telemundo will spotlight Hispanic athletes from around the world with special programs like “Paris 2024: En Busca del Sueño Olímpico” which will explore stories of inspiring Latino athletes, their origins, motivations, and what drove them towards their Olympic dreams.
