There is a new place in Coral Springs, Florida, made just for moms, by moms. It is called The Motherhood Village, and it was created by Nicole Cumberbatch, a local entrepreneur and mom. She started it as a podcast and a resource center, but now it’s a big 5,000-square-foot wellness center for families.
The center is made for babies, toddlers, and school-aged kids. It has a STEM lab, a café, and a co-working space. Moms can work or relax while a nanny watches their kids. It is designed to help moms feel less stressed and more supported.
Nicole came up with the idea because she had a hard time finding indoor places where older kids could play. She wanted to make a space that works for all stages of motherhood. The Motherhood Village also hosts events, classes, and retreats to support moms.
Nicole said being a mom is hard, even with small things like choosing dinner. So having one place to take care of both moms and kids is helpful. Moms can bring their babies for classes or their older kids to burn off energy, all in one spot.
The center is not just about kids. It also helps moms take care of themselves. They host workshops and even offer free mental health screenings. The goal is to make moms feel seen, supported, and not alone.
The Motherhood Village is a place where moms (and dads) can relax, make friends, and take a break while their kids enjoy fun and enriching activities.
